He didn't stay long as he was mobbed the whole time—poor guy. The Bad is that he brought his ‘55 Buick and not the Toronado. The Ugly is that only a single Toronado was at the show this year... but it sure was a beauty–Karen Bladen's 3rd Generation. I'd say attendance was down about 10-20% from last year, overall. Gas is now at $4.45 for regular, $4.70 for premium in most parts of Los Angeles and Orange counties, and I'm sure this is a factor. I figure it cost me $27 in gas just to drive mine to the show... 10 Rivieras were there: two ‘63s, ‘65, ‘67, ‘70, three ‘71s, ‘85 and an ‘89. There were no 1st Generation Eldorados, but a '71 and a couple of 3rd Generations were shown.
