Since we're going west, where better than the picturesque coastal town of Monterey. We have found a hacienda-inspired hotel in old town with over five acres of privacy and tranquility. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping, dining and many sites, including Fisherman's Wharf. Just a few miles away is the famed Cannery Row, Aquarium and 17 Mile Drive that winds around the coast line and through famed Pebble Beach. Nearby is Carmel by the Sea, Big Sur, numerous wineries and countless golf courses.

Because of the popularity of this area, we will be there several weeks earlier than usual, so that our stay will be affordable and less congested.
