Anyone know of a source for new/old plastic clips that hold the lower door moulding on to studs?

I don't believe that the windows or seat utilizes relays. Power is transmitted only through the switches

Put the bumper together without the two brackets. Reinstall the brackets on the frame, but leave them loose so that the brackets tilt forward/down. This allows room for you to bolt the bumper to the brackets. Then tilt the whole assembly up to where it fits the front fenders and tighten up the brack...

Car has been sold

Thanks for all of the good information. I did not find any specs in my service manual. I can now pull my distributor and see if the centrifugal advance is coming all of the way in.
