How is the thin stainless steel trim piece that separates the vinyl top from the quarter panel attached? Photos would be most helpful.

Re: Hagerty Insurance
Otto,
I have been checking the Copart website as I would like to bid on the remnants of your car. Do you know why it has not been put up for auction?

Re: Coolant in oil
I just went through disassemblying, cleaning, and reassembling my engine. If I were to do it again, I would use the two piece gasket by Edelbrock. Re: Hagerty Insurance
Otto, Sorry to hear about your car! Hope you continue to be active on this forum. We had identical cars, although mine stills needs paint, bumpers, and headliner. Makes you think about adding additional circuit breakers, fuses, or fusible links. Any idea what might have started the fire? I'm contemp...

Re: Head Gasket Replacement
NicolasB, Heater cores are readily available. I replaced mine last year. The one I used in my '66 was made by APDI # 9010328 or #AY:9010061; Other than one screw at the bottom of the housing, the heater core replacement was not a bad as I expected. As Otto said, it would be much easier without the e...

Re: 1967 DeLuxe Resto
You're correct, they are difficult to replace. I found the rear set to be harder than the front.
