Re: 1967 DeLuxe Resto
And now at last some pictures made today at a short drive around my hometown here in Bavaria/Germany. I´m ready with this project, I guess. Hope you enjoy it, too. https://up.picr.de/43877012en.jpg https://up.picr.de/43877014bg.jpg https://up.picr.de/43877017qh.jpg https://up.picr.de/43877019dp.jpg ...

Leaking Rochester Carburetor
Fine example of a leaking Rochester Quadrajet. Toro smells in the garage like a gas station every time. Lot of black/blue smoke from exhaust after start - every time. The 4bbl carb was remanufactured by Holley some times ago. But I do not believe they take a closer look to the plugs in it. https://u...

Re: 66' Headlamp dimmer switch
It`s tricky to demount the switch. First you have to unscrew (8 screws or rivets I guess) the foot pan if it in place. The screws are under the ribbed foot mat. Look at the picture. Pull the carpet from the edge then and unscrew the switch (2 screws 1/4"). Maybe you must demount the side kick p...

Re: 68 cutlass steering wheel in toro?
Would try an old cutlass steering wheel from the scrapper first. If it fits - no problem with an expensive aftermarket one.
But I believe there is no problem, you can use or swap every SW from GM in that decade.

Re: mystery pieces, '66, can you help me identify?
Thats easy! These are the covers LH and RH between trunk and rear window under the rear grille 1966 to 70. Its to close and safe the trunk hangers for dirt and water. They should be black colored.
