1968 Re-keying

My 1968 Toronado uses one key for door, trunk and ignition. It uses a different key for the glovebox lock. Does anybody know a locksmith that can convert the glovebox lock to use my ignition/door/trunk key?

While this might not be a big problem if the delay were set to 20 seconds, a 2 second delay might cause system damage...

Re: Toro Slow Start

Good news, I had the electric auxiliary fuel pump installed. In the future I will try to write a report about this in our magazine. The bottom line is that I am very pleased with the result.

Re: Intermittent Windshield Wiper Control

Thanks XG, The Hella unit is not compatible since our Toronados have the recessed park feature. But your suggestion of looking into a mid- to late-1970s retrofit might work. Hopefully some Gen II owners will reply to answer the question: do your windshield wipers have a delay feature? If so, then I'...

Vacuum check valve

Hi,

Does anbody know who sells new vacuum check valves? This valve is inserted on the vacuum line that comes off the large vacuum reservoir.

Thank you,
