I typically get about 13 in my '66. The very best I ever got was 15MPG during a very slow drive through northern CT, MA and down the Taconic Pkwy into NYC.

Hello, A little background on my problem: I swapped a 425 into my '66 Toronado that had been rebuilt 25 years ago, ran for a short period and had sat since.
