To date there is not a shared of evidence that would support the claim that a sun roof option was or were available for or on a 67 Toronado. That includes sales brochures, service manuals or parts books.

I will be interested in hearing what he says, I will concede that anything is possible one offs did happen. Though I know Chrysler /Dodge did have sun roof option as early as 69 possibly 68 on cars or bodies for which no convertibles were available it would also appear that GM did not address sun/moon roofs on the toros until 1974 see links.

Then as stated in one of the links below a dealer could sub out a car to ASC.

Hey, let me know how that turns out... I've tossed the idea around of adding T-tops to my '66, but I'm too scared to go chopping without seeing results beforehand :P

Mark, Yup after market lift offs kits were made and sometime confused or pro ported as XSR, Though I don't the year your 'T' tops are for, as you 'looking' at a 77, I suspect they are of that era 71-78. the roof profiles between the first and second generation are vastly different. None the less put them on the 77 :)
