How do you handle cravings without smoking?

A few months ago, I quit smoking for two weeks, and I really thought I was done for good. Then came a rough day at work, and before I knew it, I was back at the gas station buying a pack. The cravings always hit hardest when I’m stressed, and I need a solution that won’t crumble when life gets tough. People keep mentioning these nicotine pouches, but I’m hesitant—are they really effective? If anyone’s had success with them, I’d love to hear how it worked for you.
