Not strictly speaking Toronado related... But it is Oldsmobile related, and pretty awesome... Had GM not forced Olds to scrap the project, it easily could have wound up in one of our cars Some components were even based on the Toronado!

Yep, I read about those back when I first got into Olds power and Toronados. I had (have) a book that covered them - in fact, I think it has that very article in it.

I used to fantasize about how different it would be if we could get some of the 32 valve big blocks they were working on...
