Should enact time limit for 'Parts For Sale'.

Is it fair to impose a time limit for listing parts for sale in the forum, considering that some members may need more time to find potential buyers or negotiate prices, while others may want a faster turnover of items? How can we strike a balance between accommodating sellers and preventing excessive clutter in the forum?
