In need of a Headlight vacuum actuator for 67 - it is a diaphragm type switch with 3 inline ports that make up the switch and 2 ports on the diaphragm that draw the diaphragm in and out. New or used but working. 843 461 5399

Try these. GM Obsolete says they can track down any part you need if it's not listed. John Dorcey has 50 Toro parts cars in Las Vegas.

Re: Headlight vacuum switch
Maybe little helpfull: if your switch makes the headlights open but did´t close anymore, it is possible to repair. There is a small metal plate at the rear of the vacuum switch. You can open it carefully and you see then the vac-slider box on the plastic rod of the vacuum can. Dismount the slider from the rod (it´s only clipped) an lay it beside. Search for an very thin washer with the exact diameter of the rod. Ideally plastic made - but metal works also. Put it on the rod to make the hole to the vac-can as small as possible. But the rod must going free! Now search for a small compression spring - diameter est. 1/4" - not longer than 1/2" - and with only light compression. Fit it between the washer and the vac-slider. Push back the metal plate in place. That´s all.
The spring does what the defect vac-can should do. It push the slider back and free the vacuum to close the headlights.
If your vacuum hoses all in best condition it should work for many years again.
Hope it helps
