Information center and HVAC

I have 92 base with 66000 miles. The climate control will reset itself to different settings when the car is restarted. Also the information display will not light up any longer. I think the control panel still works as I can change the settings to metric and back again. The BCM has been replaced. Is there a fuse that I don't know about or does the instrument panel need to be replaced?
