Howdy All,
Hoping someone has a picture(s) of how the stock trunk drain tubes are supposed to be installed. My '66 has what seems to be hard plastic molded tubes from the area behind the hinge. Those snake almost horizontal outward through a small sheet metal hole and then point down to the area between the rear quarter panel metal and trunk floor.
I have new rubber tubes from Fusic but not real sure where and how they hook up. I could feel/almost see a round fitting on the lower trunk panel where perhaps the new tube hooks to?
Cheers
Chris

Re: '66 trunk drain tubes
Hi Chris,
I put the fusick tubes on mine last winter and if I remember correctly the drain from the top has a metal flange that sticks down about 2 inches through the hole in the sheet metal and you are correct abuot the bottom there is a tube with a lip that drains out of the bottom inside side of the trunk if you pull the old ones off it is pretty obvious how the new ones go on. and if I remember right it was easier if you put the bottom on first
Mike

Howdy,
Thanks for the reply Mike. Which way does the 'doughnut' on the drain tube go? Up on the vent cowl, or down in the dark deep scary parts of the trunk?
Cheers
