upper seatbelt mount location

Postby bluecab » Fri Feb 14, 2014 10:07 am

I need to add the upper seat belt mount as my car was built one month before they started to add them to all the cars.
Does anybody have their headliner out to post a photo of the location?
Is there a diagram in one of the body manuals that shows an accurate location?

thanks

I have a 1970 with the headliner out--probably the same location-wise as all first-gen. The only issue is that I haven't a clue how to post a picture. If you can give me a quick primer I can try to make it happen.

If you have a photo in your computer, just try to attach it to a post by going down to the "choose File" area below.
You may get a message telling you that the picture is too big, if so, it must be resized. When I need to do this I export the photo to my desktop. the export function will ask what size you would like to export.
Once that is done post the photo from your desktop in the reduced size.
If this all seems like gibberish, pm me for an e-mail address to send the photo to.
I'm on a MAC so the procedure may be a little different for a PC.

Thanks,
David

I'll give it a whirl. I have to go to the location where I keep that particular car, take a photo, and see if I can make it happen. Give me a couple days.
