I think I've found some replacements for these from Steele Rubber. I haven't yet put everything together.

Radiator supports:
Steele numbers:
27-0092-48 (2 required)
70-2232-48 (2 required)

Cross Member, Torsion Bar Supports
Steele numbers:
60-0119-48 (2 required)
70-2232-48 (2 required)

Note that you need to retain some parts from the original cross member supports. The bolts and nuts can be replaced. I've provided some pictures of the originals and the replacements. For the crossmembers, the inner steel piece on part 60-0019-48 has a little wider diameter (inner and outer), but fits perfectly in the original metal ring as shown. Once I get these all back together, I'll let folks know how well they worked.

This post shows the old pieces for both radiator and cross member supports, and the new radiator rubber pieces side by side (the metal in the new pieces are black). I will post the other pictures in a new post as there isn't enough space here.

Note that on the previous post, the bottom two pictures are the radiator supports. The top is the old torsion bar crossmember support pieces put together. There is one critical piece to save from the crossmember pieces and that is the metal ring that surrounds the biscuit with the metal collar. This piece also has a rubber collar and they are an exact fit together. Here are the pictures:

First: Old rubber alongside new rubber
second: The metal ring that must be retained. The nuts and bolts/washer can be replaced. Mine had a lot of undercoating on them.

third: new rubber is an exact fit in the metal ring. The rubber collar exactly fits the hole on the metal ring and the outside diameter of the entire new rubber piece fits exactly in the metal ring.

Doc,
Are those radiator supports complete except for the bolts?
I just got around to looking there today and I can assure you that on my car it is a forensic issue.
It looks like the battery may have exploded at one time or another, taking out the entire end of the core support as well as the battery box.

bluecab,

yes, they are complete except for the nut/bolt/washer. The square piece actually has a metal insert within the rubber itself. The round biscuit is just rubber. I think they will work fine. Seem to be as good a match as you can find. Horrible about a possilbe exploding battery. Are you taking everything apart? I'll post more pictures soon about the car. I'm replacing all bushings, etc. Big job. If you like, you can view more videos and info about this and the car at https://www.facebook.com/PerfectShapeCustoms .
