Help, I'm cracked and don't look new anymore! Could be me, but it's actually the steering wheel on the Toro I'm talking about.

I know someone has posted a recommendation on someone to repair the Toro steering wheels. Could you let me know who that is again? I can't seem to find it anywhere on this forum. I need to get mine repaired, at least eventually.

There are a lot of guys out there doing this. How bad is yours? If you're reasonably handy you can do it yourself.

Basically fill the cracks with epoxy and shape and sand as you would Bondo on a body. As it starts to set up, it can be molded into shapes like the finger ridges, etc.

Paint went finished.

If you don't want to do that, I'll see if I can dig up the guy's info that lives near my folks north of Atlanta.

I think this is too big a job for me. It is not just the rim, but the center hub body as well. Remember, 67 steering wheels for most Toros that year are different than the 66.

This guy, Bob, comes highly recommended and his prices are in line with others I've seen. I'll try and find the other guy here in Atlanta who's done some good work for some friends of mine in the Cadillac club.
