92 Brake proportioner valve

Hello Toro-nuts. Has anyone out there have any experience with rebuilding the brake proportional valve(s) on a Gen IV car? I recently sprang a leak out of the weep hole on my 92. I have a "new to me" valve on the way, but I'm hoping someone out there may have done a rebuild on one of these valves previously. Any insight or advice would be appreciated.

Are you talking about taking the valve itself apart and working on the internal components or are you talking about replacing the one on your car with a new one?

There seems to be no listing for a 'new one' anywhere. I was also looking for a good substitute, but cannot find any cross reference

Gotcha.

That car is too new for my experience but the valve can't be much different from most others. If you can't rebuild it, I'd look for a car of similar weight and layout (front engine, front drive) and see if one could be substituted.

Here is a company that claims to be able to rebuild any brake parts. I know people who have used them for obscure and rare master cylinders, etc.

If they don't do it or can't do it, they may be able to give you someone who can or suggest a substitute.
