Heater for 69 Toronado

Postby NicolasB » Sat Oct 24, 2020 9:14 pm

Hey again, so winter is around the corner and the temperatures where I live are starting to drop. When I first bought my Toro back in May, the heater was working fine, but I didn’t need it at the time. However, after I took out the dash a couple of weeks after and put it back in, it stopped working entirely. The blower motors didn’t spin and the lights turned on whenever I pressed the buttons for the air. Recently, I got back to working on the dash again to fix the instrument lights and realized that I mixed the courtesy light wires with the wires for the air. I put them back into their correct places, but nothing is happening. There is a connection with two brown wires in it that is sitting by itself and I believe this could be the reason the system is not working, but have no clue where to plug it into. I know it’s kinda hard to see what’s going on in the pictures, but I was wondering if anyone was able to help me find out where the connection goes to? That’s the only one that has been unplugged ever since I first took the dash out. Thanks.
