My 68 toronado steering wheel has seen better days, was thinking of buying a walnut 3 spoke cutlass steering wheel and installing it. But i'm unable to find any info on whether or not these fit the toros. Anyone have any ideas?

Would try an old cutlass steering wheel from the scrapper first. If it fits - no problem with an expensive aftermarket one.
But I believe there is no problem, you can use or swap every SW from GM in that decade.
