Putting my Strato seats together (means I'm getting close to driving in them) and have a couple details questions, please see attached photos:
1) Does the bottom of the back panel attach with hogrings?
2) It looks like there is a seat-back bumper at the bottom (2 small holes), can anyone enlighten me, &/or send a picture?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Strato seat details
The back panel is screwed there. Seems it is not clipped or pressed enough into the clamps on top.

Re: Strato seat details
OK that helps a bit Roland, thank you. As for the top of the seat back, I see on the top of the seat back panel that it clips into something, but either I am missing that something (maybe in a box, I did not disassemble the car), or maybe it is covered up with some upholstery. Would you mind sharing a couple pics of the top of your seats?, and hopefully I can suss things out from there.

About 1" beside the headrest mountings, there are the cuts for the mounts for the rear panel.

Re: Strato seat details
There is a rubber bumper the seat back "foot" rests on. They are shared with many GM makes , models, and years. They're virtually identical to the ones in my '56 Cadillac.
In Roland's picture, there should be one where that washer is screwed.
