'69 Toro Power windows

Evening gents,
I have a 1969 Toronado I got a few weeks ago, it was my grandfathers and sat in his garage for 30 years as a project car that he never made it. As I have slowly been bringing everything online and working out the kinks - the power windows have been kicking my butt. Currently no windows operate up or down from any switch throughout the car.
2 questions -
1. Per the wiring diagram attached and based off what I have seen on other photos throughout the forum. On the fuse block accessory slot there are normally 2 individual wires hooked up for the accessory circuits called out in the wiring diagram. I only have one (what appears to be pink, may be faded red?) pink wire attached that immediately runs into the engine bay and I can't figure out where it goes from there without pulling the loom apart. The question being - should there be a second accessory wire plugged in there?
2. Where the heck is this power windows relay?
Appreciate the assistance.
