I don't have a Fisher body book yet, can any of you decode the cowl tag on my new Toro?

Well, I'm working out of what's in my Service Manual, but:

66-39687 - '66 Oldsmobile Division, Deluxe Coupe
It should be EUC, not LUC, for Lansing Michigan plant, all toro's are from this plant.
That's all I can tell you unfortunately... Will have to wait for someone else for the rest. Unfortunately, I didn't tell you anything you didn't already know
