'77 antenna, outside thermometer, dash pad R&R

Hello All,
I am working on a nice '77 XS. I need a good power antenna for the car. A shop awhile back installed an aftermarket one and tossed the original. Anyway, I need a complete antenna, preferably working, or a broken one with info on where to get parts to rebuild it. Also, does anyone here have or know of where to get an outside thermometer for the left mirror housing? Has anyone here replaced a '77 dash pad? I did my '72 last year and am wondering how similar of a job the '77 is.
