Tires
I am planning to replace the tires on my 1988 Oldsmobile Toronado. I have read good reviews on Toyo Tires' Proxes 1. Is anyone familiar with it?

Toyos are always good. What kind of driving are you doing. Why not some Hancook Optimos with whitewalls?

Toyo and Hankook are all good tires, either way.

Toyo are a bigger name brand. I just bought a second set of Hancook Optimos for a 1966 Mustang. I got them because the Hancooks on my mom's '64 Galaxie 500 are so good.
They had the white stripe sidewall I wanted and they were very inexpensive - $67 each.
