Is faxing at UPS expensive?

I’ve got to send a few pages urgently and UPS is probably the closest spot for me. But before I head there, I’m trying to figure out if they’re affordable or if I should check the library or FedEx instead. Does UPS charge more for international faxes? And do they provide a printed confirmation page? If there’s an article somewhere that compares prices, I’d love to read it before deciding.
