1967 Toronado Jack Case
Does anyone have details on the jack case for the 1967 Toronado? I haven't been able to find one so I'm thinking about an attempt at reproducing one. Can anyone give me some photos and dimensions? Or if anyone has one for sale>>>>>>

They were just a foam rectangular case with cutouts (actually molded) for the pieices of the jack; no lid as far as I'm aware. I've seen a few of these occasionally. I had the one with my car until the damn rodents ate it. I hope they choked to death! eventually I will need to replace mine somehow also. I'm not sure if they just sat loose in the car, or what. You have to have long strong arms to pull the spare out of the back, so instead of using the tools, just buy a membership in AAA or Hagerty!

Yeah, the tools would be strictly for show! The case did secure to the tire, if you look in the service manual section 10E page 2 there is a diagram of the spare tire/jack stowage. I will keep looking but I'm thinking it will need to be a home reproduction project.
