66 turn signal flasher?

Postby followme21 » Wed May 22, 2013 1:04 pm

Where is the turn signal flasher located, at least I think thats my problem, all bulbs light up but no flash.

Also on maybe a related note all of a sudden my dash lights stoped working. I checked the fuse and its got power to one side of the fuse, but as soon as I pug in the fuse the power goes away, its a good fuse. And if I jump from power to the dead side of the fuse the lights work.

Any thoughths?

The flasher is located under the steering wheel.. Take off the left panel under the dash cluster
where the brake release is. It clips in a slot in the panel...
I just put a heavy duty flasher in since I put a sequencer in to sequence the signal lights.
